A traditional mystery shop sends a real person to stay and grade the experience inside your hotel. A digital mystery shop does the same for everything that happens before the guest arrives. Stiplo acts as a synthetic guest across your website, your booking journey, your search and AI presence, and your public listings, and checks whether a guest can find you, trust what they find, and book without friction. It runs continuously instead of once a quarter, and it covers the digital journey where most direct bookings are won or lost.

Do I need to involve my IT team to get started?

No. There is no setup, no integration, and nothing to install. We look at your public pages the way a guest does, so nobody on your side has to lift a finger to start. You give us a URL, we run the Mystery Shop, and you get the report.

Is our data secure?

Yes. We only look at your publicly accessible pages, the same ones any guest or search engine can see. We never log in, submit a booking, enter a payment, or touch your booking engine, PMS, CRS, or guest data. Every report is shared only with the people you choose.
