Use case

Find the bookings you're leaving on the table

Stiplo does not only find what is broken. As a synthetic guest it sees the high-intent searches and AI questions where you never appear, then hands your marketing team a prioritised brief on what to create to win them.

Sample opportunity brief

The query

spa hotel near Porto for a winter break

What we saw
You do not appear in the Google top results or the AI answer for this query.
Who appeared instead
Two competitors did: a city-centre spa hotel and a country house an hour out.
Why absent
You have no answerable page on a winter spa break, and your spa facts sit inside a downloadable PDF the AI cannot read.
Recommended action
A page on the winter spa break, written in your guests' language: the treatments, the off-season rate logic, what to do in the city when it is cold, the late checkout. Pull the spa facts out of the PDF and onto the page.

Illustrative example. Your brief is built from your market and your own pages.

Not generated filler. A brief, in your guests' language, that a writer on your team can act on.

How it works

The demand is already there. The question is whether a guest can find you when they go looking for it. Here is how we turn that gap into a list you can act on.

We find the questions guests actually ask

The searches and AI questions a guest in your market types when they are choosing where to stay, not researching the area.

We find where you are absent

The queries where you do not appear in the results, or where the AI answer recommends someone else because your content is not there to quote.

We rank them by booking intent

People choosing a hotel, not people reading about the neighbourhood. The list leads with the demand closest to a booking.

We hand your team a brief, not filler

The output is a brief a human writer can act on: cover these points, in your guests' language. We do not generate the content for you. Your voice stays yours.

Be the source AI quotes

Search is no longer the only place a guest looks. When someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation, it answers by quoting the sources it can read and trust. If your facts are buried in a PDF, locked in an image, or simply not written down anywhere, you are not in the answer.

We check whether your content is structured so an answer engine can cite it: are your spa hours, your room types, your events, and your offers on a page, in plain text, in the words a guest would use to ask for them. When they are, you give the AI something it can quote. When they are not, it quotes a competitor who did the work.

The brief tells you exactly what to make answerable, so you stand a chance of being in the answer the next time a guest asks.

A real part of your report

This is not a roadmap promise. Every Mystery Shop already surfaces the demand you are missing alongside the issues to fix, with the same screenshot evidence behind every item.

We stay grounded in what a brief actually contains: the queries, where you stand, who wins instead, and what to create. We do not invent demand that is not there, and we do not write the page for you. We tell you which ones are worth your team's time, in the order they are worth it.
